Billings will take over as Wynn Macau CEO and be redesignated from a non-executive Director to an executive Director as of 31 January 2022, while Maddox will remain on the board as a non- executive Director until 31 December 2022. This follows an announcement by Maddox in November that he would step down after 20 years with the company and four in the top job, citing a desire to pursue new career opportunities. His decision to temporarily remain on the Board of Directors of Wynn Macau and Wynn Interactive was made at the request of his fellow Wynn Resorts directors. Billings, the former Wynn Resorts President and CFO who was only recently appointed to lead the company’s interactive arm, was also named last month as Maddox’s replacement as Wynn Resorts CEO. ウィン・マカオは 、米国の親会社のウィン・リゾーツの経営方 針に従うことを認め、2022年初めにマット・マドックス現CEO が辞任後、クレイグ・ビリングス氏を同社の新CEOに任命す る。 マドックス氏は2022年12月31日まで社外取締役として同 社取締役会に残る一方、ビリングス氏は2022年1月31日から ウィン・マカオのCEO職を引き継ぎ、社外取締役から業務執行 取締役に再任される予定。 マドックス氏は先月、新たなキャリアを模索したいという理 由により、同社での勤続２0年間と最高位職での4年を経て、 来年辞任すると発表した。同氏がウィン・マカオとウィン・イン タラクティブの取締役会に一時的に残留すると決めたのは、 ウィン・リゾーツの取締役会員からの要請を受けてのこと。 ビリングス氏は、元ウィン・リゾーツ社長であり、先日同社 のインタラクティブ部門のCFOに任命されたが、それに加えて 先月、マドックス氏の後任としてウィン・リゾーツの新CEOに 指名された。
