According to local media reports, leisure and hospitality firm Vinpearl Co, a subsidiary of the Vingroup Joint Stock Company conglomerate, has proposed development of the new resort which would include a casino, 1,200 room 5-star hotel, convention center and a transportation system. It also proposes preparation of an area for development of more 5-star and 6-star hotels. Development cost is proposed to come to VND50 trillion, or around US$2.2 billion. Under Vietnam’s current gaming regulations, investors are required to commit a minimum of US$2 billion into any new resort development to be granted a casino license. Phase 1 of the development would comprise investment of VND25.7 trillion (US$1.1 billion) and include the new casino – to be operational by 2024 – with 200 gaming tables and 2,000 electronic game machines. Phase 2, to be completed by the end of 2025, would add the 1,200-room hotel, convention center, transportation and technical infrastructure and a broader entertainment complex in which the casino would be located. ベトナムの南中部 に位置するカインホア省のホントレ島 で近く、2,000億円を超える規模の統合型リゾートが新 たに開発される可能性が出てきた。 　現地メディアの報道によると、複合企業ビングルー プ・ジョイントストック・カンパニーの子会社でレジャー・ ホスピタリティ企業のビンパール(Vinpearl Co)が、カジ ノ、1,200室を持つ5つ星ホテル、コンベンションセンター そして交通システムなどを含む新リゾートの開発を提案 している。同社はまた、今後さらに5つ星、6つ星のホテル を開発するための土地整備も提案している。 　開発費は50兆ベドナムドン、日本円でおよそ2,300 億円。ベトナムの現在のゲーミング規制の下では、カジノ ライセンスの取得条件として、新リゾート開発に最低20 億米ドル(約2,150億円)の投資が求められている。 　第1フェーズ開発は25兆7,000ドン(約1,200億円)の 投資で、2024年までに稼働する新カジノが含まれる予 定。カジノにはゲーミングテーブル200台、電子ゲーミン グ機2,000台が設置される。 　2 0 2 5年末までに完成予定の第2フェーズで は、1,200室のホテル客室、コンベンションセンター、交 通・技術インフラ、そしてより幅広いオプションを提供す るエンターテイメント施設が追加される。カジノは同施 設内に設置されることになっている。
